People of the Paper

Silly Canadians--fed up with a socialized medical system (but afraid to say to and thereby slay one of the country's holiest of bovines) they think a worthless piece of paper will fix things.

Another worthless piece of paper, that is, to go along with the one enshrining their "human rights" (the one that has an asterisk beside the most crucial right of all, free speech; the Charter giveth and the Charter taketh away, eh?)

No, the only way to fix things is to open up the system to a mix of private and public services--no "paper" required.
