How's this for a gibungous conflict of interest? The same "unbiased" panel that's hearing all and sundry kvetch about the proposed Northern Gateway pipeline doled out moolah to some of eco-loonies--a number of them American--who are giving testimony that the panel is supposed to weigh when considering whether or not to give the project its "hechsher."
