During TIFF, Hoteliers Vie to Satisfy the Demands of the Hedonistic Hollyweird Crowd

Gotta love those kooky, spoiled rotten celebs!:
For restaurant and hotel workers, the film festival is a true test of ingenuity.
The invasion of Hollywood royalty means one thing on the hospitality front lines: the usual customer requests (“Can you give me directions to the CN Tower?”) are suddenly replaced by whimsical exotica (“Get me a licensed pet masseuse!”).
One year at The Fifth, Mickey Rourke asked the pastry chef to bake a cake for Evan Rachel Wood — and decorate it with real handcuffs. Another year, a famous Canadian pop star asked security to barricade a restroom. She then spent several minutes inside alone with another star.
This year at The Fifth, perhaps as a reflection of the global economy, a celebrity guest ordered Ace of Spades Champagne ($1,200 a bottle). When it was finished, he discreetly asked the server to keep removing and returning the same bottle (now empty) to the ice bucket, to create the illusion of high(er) rolling.
At concierge desks inside hotels, there are no rules and, more important, no saying no. If a celebrity wants something, it shall happen...
