Incredibly, Fatah tells Halevi he believes all will be well once Israel ends its "occupation" of the West Bank and the Palestinians finally have their state. Halevi explains that the Palestinians aren't really interested in statehood, and that when they speak of "the occupation" they aren't referring to Jews in the West Bank but to the Jews' hold over Israel as a whole. (The sticking point to peace, as always, is Jewish sovereignty over land which, having been claimed for Allah, is said to belong to Him for all time--or so Islamic doctrine contends.)
In terms of his willingness to give Israel a break, Fatah, who once belonged to the PLFP, has come a long way. Alas, as he demonstrates here, he still has a long way to go.
Update: Here's a Jew who's as delusional as Fatah.
