The POTUS with the leastest promises to use--and I quote--"whatever means are necessary" to prevent the Grandiose Ayatollah from getting his nukes.
Too bad Barry's "whatever means are necessary" didn't include making a crappy nuke deal that gives His Grandiosity the go-ahead to keep enriching to his Grinch 'n' Hitler-like heart's content.
Update: Congress Can't Accept Vague Promises About Nuclear Inspections
Congress can't, but Barry, with his veto power, can.
