According to the Christian Science Monitor (which, as I've noted before, is neither Christian nor scientific nor particularly observant) "In Israel, George Mitchell presses on with patience honed in N. Ireland,"--a place, need it be said?--where there is no jihad.
There's only rational retort to that: Faith and begorrah, cut the blarney and stick a shilelagh where the sun don't shine, George.

Mitchell isn't Irish...
I know that. I was refering to his in appropos referencing of the Northern Ireland in the context of the Middle East.
