Heated Jeer

Mark Steyn's "READER OF THE DAY" is Jeet Heer, who says

I’d much rather read Heidegger, Junger, Schmitt, Wyndham Lewis, Ezra Pound etc. than Limbaugh, Coulter, Beck, Mark Steyn, etc."

That's fuunny. I'd much rather read Heidegger etc. than podgy Jeet Heer. But then, I'd much rather read just about anyone that Jeet Heer. (Notice that Heer's list of loathed conservatives does not include a single antisemite, while his list of preferred authors features several.)

Update: One of my fave's--Bruce's Philophy Song (in which Heidegger, that old Hitler-lover, gets a mention.)
