Is Happy Jack a 'Troofer' as Well as a Wanker?

Jack Layton says he's pleased about Osama's demise, and hopes it marks a "turning point in the war on terrorism"--whatever that means. (Does it mean he thinks everything's hunky-dory now that bin Laden swims with the fishes?)
Anyhoo, Layton says
The memories of the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center where Canadians were counted among the murdered, still linger to this day. Those terrible events will be ingrained on our collective memory forever.
Indeed. They are also ingrained in the memory of Barry Zwicker, Canada's foremost "troofer," and Layton's good pal. It should also be noted that one of Layton's M.P.s., the demure and adorable Libbie Davies, brought the "troofer" issue to the House of Commons.
