At an estimated cost of $351 million (and counting) for a muddled, contentious mandate, of course it is. Moreover, we learn today that that sum does not include an addition $6.5 million that's been earmarked for "a temporary gallery and theatre." Mausoleum mucky-mucks claim that the cost is totally legit and was not being "hidden" at all (the claim of an outraged Canadian Taxpayer's Federation). Any, hey, what's six-and-a-half mill, even for something "temporary," compared to the humongous overall cost? A mere drop in the proverbial bucket, I'd say.
