The headline of this article in the non-virtual (tangible?) version of the Globe and Mail reads: "'Do no harm': Washington's new foreign policy principle." (The virtual headline--"Obama's Egypt stance about caution over conviction"--isn't nearly as Hippocratic.)
Of course, Obama's "do no harm" is another way of saying "I haven't got a clue about what to do, so I'd better do nada."
Time to revoke his medical license, I think.
