Is "The Difference Between the Islamic State and an Actual State...As Obvious As the Difference Between John Kerry and a Helicopter"?

Not really. What's obvious to me is that ISIS is much more state-like than Kerry is helicopter-like. But the leftists are hellbent on "proving" that ISIS is not now and can never be a genuine state (even though at this stage it's much more of a state than, say, "Palestine" is, something these same leftists would never argue).

As for Kerry, I wish he were a helicopter--and that he'd fly away.
