Our bloviating local Khomeinist says almost every international body you can think of ("UN, World Bank, IMF, IAEA etc") is "a tool" of "imperialist powers."
And by "imperialist powers" he doesn't mean Iran, even though, considering its reach today and the fact that it is on the cusp of persuading Great Satan to give it free reign to acquire nukes, Iran is the biggest, baddest "imperialist" around.
