Not that this is likely to make Scaramouche feel better, but the same tendency to lick the boots of powerful enemies of religion can be found among many Catholic clergy, e.g., Cardinal Dolan schmoozing with Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton at the Al Smith dinners held by the Archdiocese of New York (City).

You're right, CP. I derive no comfort whatsoever from the fact that many Catholics are as clueless as Jews.
That said, I have lots of Catholic friends who do "get it."
