If You're Goin' to Tahrir Square Be Sure to Wear Some Flowers In Your Hair...

The traditional media had their squishy little hearts set on the "Arab Spring" being the equivalent of the '67 Summer of Love. Those hopes should be dashed by reports that "Salafist" Muslims in Cairo surrounded and attacked a Coptic church, setting in on fire and killing at least 10 Christians.

Should be dashed--but won't be (it's hard to let a cherished narrative go, even when churches are burning). The incident is thus being reported as "sectarian" violence, with the Copts (who were trying to defend themselves) getting as much blame as the hate-fueled Muslims who attacked them.
