Bollocks on Toast With a Side of Marxist Social Engineering Malarkey

But what’s wrong with a board made up of aging white guys? Plenty, say those who want to change the status quo. DiverseCity Counts, a three-year research project conducted by Ryerson University’s Diversity Institute, has studied diversity in leadership in the Greater Toronto Area and found some compelling benefits to balanced leadership. According to its study, diversity improves financial and organizational performance and increases an organization’s capacity to link with new global and domestic markets. It also expands access to global and domestic talent pools, enhances innovation and creativity, and strengthens social cohesion and social capital.
So a "Diversity Institute" has studied "diversity" and found that it, "diversity," is the only way to go. What are the odds, eh? Hands up anyone who thinks most of the above isn't a whopping load of B.S.?
