Well, after all, there were 45 "hate crimes" reported in Toronto last year. That number pales when compared to the 242 reported "hate crimes" for Jews. (What's not reported is how many of those crimes were committed by Jew-hating Muslims, of which Toronto has more than a few.)
No doubt the NCCM is counting on its new tracking--think of it as a Google map for "Islamophobia"--will help bring up the "hate crime" stats such that they are closer to the Jews. That way the NCCM (the outfit formerly known as CAIR-CAN) can make "Islamophobia" appear to be a much bigger problem that it really is.
