'It's My Health, It's My Choice'

Perhaps without meaning to, Newfoundland's Premier Danny Williams, who eschewed Canadian medical care and opted to have heart surgery in sunny, un-Socialized Florida, offers the perfect refutation of Obama's health care plans.

And one that pro-choice liberals ought to rush to get behind, too!

Would that it become the mantra of Canadians, and someone in politics have the cahunas to make it an election issue.

A clever entrepreneur should put Williams' heartfelt (sorry) words on t-shirts, mugs, buttons and bumper stickers.

Certainly not intended.

The good Premier, being the Progressive lad he no doubt is, eh, will quickly remind his underling Canucks that their social responsibility is to stay exactly where they are should they decide they don't like waiting 10 months for an MRI or other follow-up.

Question. If America follows suit (and we may yet) where will Canadians go for Premier quality treatment??
