Ban Plan for J-lem

Ban Ki-Moon, who started off slow but who's really been working on his Kofi Annan impression, says Jerusalem will have to be split in two to accommodate the Palestinians.

Best idea I've heard since Barack Obama's "hug a thug for Nooroz".
