Not So 'Diverse' After All

Since "diversity" is going to be the key factor in Barack Obama's selection of the next Supreme Court justice, he might want to consider giving the nod to someone from a group that is decidedly under-represented on the bench--Protestants.

He would under these circumstances, the candidate have these 'qualities' first: Ovaries, not white skinned unless gay (outed not required), and inclined to give more weight to the perceived consequences of a ruling instead of the law itself. In other words, a community activist willing to go rogue.

Belief in ANY religion would be a definite negative, but if she has all the the other 'qualities', this one can be 'tolerated'.

Protestant is not a protected class.
