The Telegraph has ten Iceland volcano jokes--not one of them likely to provoke an eruption of laughter. I thought I'd have a go at the lava levity:

What's the difference between volcanic ash and the jihad? Answer: The volcanic ash doesn't scream "Allahu Akbar" before it downs an airplane.
