The Age of Rage

A revivial of 60s hit Hair is about to open, and the Toronto Star is inviting readers to send in old photos of themselves or others during the hippie era. Screw that. I prefer to revive a song--"The Age of You're Scarin' Us"--from Hairian, my Shia tribal musical parody:

When Mahmoud is in his Tehran house
And kooks are bloomin', speakin' Fars'.
Then fear will sweep the planet,
And Zionhass will steer the stars.

This is the dawning of the age of you're scarin' us,
Age of you're scarin' us.
You're scarin' us.
You're scarin' us.

Disharmony, misunderstanding,
Bullyin' and rattlin' sabres.
All the while a disavowel
That the Jews they'll disembowel
Via Shia nukes so foul.
Scarin' us.
You're scarin' us.

When Mahmoud denies the Holocaust
It's 'cuz he wants the Jew State to get lost.
A nuke'll make their cities burn
So twelfth iman he will return.

This is the dawning of the age of you're scarin' us,
Age of you're scarin' us.
You're scarin' us.
You're scarin' us.

See the nuke fall,
See the nuke fall,
See the nuke fall
The nuke fall down...
