- Obama's UN ambassador, Samantha Power, railed against the absurdity of Israel being a permanent item on the Human Rights Council's agenda, but, being an Obama flunky, couldn't leave it there. Instead, she "balanced" that observation with severe criticism of Israel's "settler" policy, which those on the left see as "the" impediment to successful peace talks.
