Osama bin Laden once observed: "When people see a strong horse and a weak horse, by nature, they will like the strong horse." Boy, did he ever have Hamid Karzai's number. According to this report in the New York Times, Karzai seems to think that, in this horse race, the Taliban has taken the lead and will ultimately win. (No surprise there, since the infidels' military commander has decided to take it slow.) And, well, to quote Nicely Nicely Karzai re the jihadis:
They got a horse race plan.
They're called the Taliban,
And with you kafirs here in Afghanistan
Can do,
Can do,
Mullah Omar says "the horse" can do.
If he says the horse can do,
Can do, can do.
