CIDA's non-humanitarian programming is limited to the West Bank. In Hamas-controlled Gaza, CIDA only funds humanitarian projects using trusted partners, such as the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East.UNRWA? Trustworthy? Hahahahahahahhahaha.....
