Opening Scene of New Showtime Series "Billions": Yuck, Feh and, Oh Yeah, Mega-Ouchy

I won't give it away (not entirely, at least) but the first couple of minutes of Billions show co-star Paul Giamatti (Damian Lewis plays his prey) in a very uncomfortable position. (Here's a hint: Giamatti's character and his missus are into some pretty sick S&M/B&D stuff.)
