Dhimwit Judge in the Fort Hood Shooter Trial Rules "Motive" (i.e. the Jihad Stuff) Inadmissible

Even the shooter must be scratching his head over that one. In fact, following the judge's announcement, Hasan was heard to sing this showtune by the Jew Marvin Hamlisch:

Kiss my life goodbye
And point me toward those virgins.
Felt the urge to shoot kafirs:
Please, judge, don't forget
What I did for 'had,
Did it for jee-had.
Look, I'm mujaheed.
Indeed, it's been my credo.
It's why I screamed, "Allahu Akbar!"
I did it for jee-had.
Did it for jee-had.
Sense,
Where's the blooming sense?
"Workplace violence,"
Heavens, what a notion!
Kiss my life goodbye,
So I can die a martyr.
Barter it away? No dice!
Don't regret,
A safe bet,
That I did jee-had.
Did it for jee-had.
Did it for jee-had.

it must have been the Djinni that made him do it.
